    Oregelbundna blödningar

    Gestagentillägg förslagsvis 10 dagar kan behövas för att bryta en långvarig anovulatorisk blödning och därefter ges gestagen cykliskt från cykeldag (räknat från första blödningsdagen) ett antal månader. Om därefter samma anovulatoriska blödningar uppkommer kan cyklisk gestagenbehandling förlängas.
